List your château

We list a small number of properties in France and sell them to English-speaking guests, most of them in the United States. There is no listing fee.

What we need from you

A net rate
What you want to receive, per night, by season. We set the price shown to guests and it is not your concern — you are paid the figure you gave us, whatever we sell at.
Your calendar
Which dates are taken. A shared calendar, a spreadsheet or an email each month all work. What we cannot do is sell dates you have already let.
Photographs
The files themselves, and confirmation that we may publish them. If they were taken by a photographer you commissioned, we need to know that the licence allows it.
An answer within a day
When we ask whether dates are free, we have a guest waiting. This is the one thing that decides whether the arrangement works.
The property as described
Rooms, beds, what is closed, what is under repair. We would rather list eight bedrooms honestly than ten optimistically.

What you get

Paid before arrival
We transfer your net amount seven days before the guests arrive, or on confirmation if the booking is made inside that week. You are never waiting on a guest to pay.
No fee to list
Nothing to pay to appear here, and nothing if we do not sell. We are paid out of the difference between your rate and ours.
One contact
Enquiries, questions, changes and complaints come to us. You receive a confirmed booking with names, dates and party size.
No exclusivity
Keep your own site, your own agencies, your own guests. Guests here send a request, not a confirmed booking, and we check with you before anything is taken — so a week you let elsewhere costs nobody anything.
Your rules apply
Minimum stay, deposit, whether events are allowed, whether dogs are. You set them, we publish them, and we hold guests to them.

How it works

You send the form below. We look at the property, and if it fits we come back with what we would need and what we would list it at. If it does not fit we tell you why, which is usually a question of size or of the season being too short.

From there it is an email with your net rates and your calendar. Nothing is signed until you have seen the listing.
